Shipping Information: All order are FOB Lincolnton, NC and will ship via FEDEX ground - NO PO Boxes please - actual freight will be added to order! We do our best to ship within 2 business days of receipt of order - please note - that is NOT a guarantee as work loads do vary greatly with holiday sales! All sales are final (no refunds - no exchange) - FEDEX ground includes insurance - in case of breakage we must be notified within 1 business day of receipt. We issue credit for broken merchandise upon FEDEX inspection.

Standard FEDEX delivery is to your location - FEDEX will leave packages on your porch or front door unless you request a signature confirmation. You must request the signature confirmation option at time of order in the NOTES section. Please read FEDEX policy on delivery with signature confirmation. You may have to pick up at the terminal after the first delivery attempt.

All shipments will be confirmed when sent, via direct FEDEX email, provided you have provided us with a valid email address at time of order.
